Element has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.

This role is based in Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals during tender stage including bills of quantities material quantity and taking off quantities, attend site show round, site visit, attend tender briefing, seeks clarifications with respective client/ consultant if any.
• Study details and discuss with management, attend tender interviews including method statement, technical proposal presentation and tender clarification.
• Manpower and resources budgeting, monthly monitoring, review and update.
• Prepare pricing of bill of quantity and re-measurement works.
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
