About the role
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare the initial budgets and cost plans based on design.
β’ Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), Prequalification and other tender documents.
β’ Contract Negotiation which is about the contract terms of conditions, exclusion works and payment method.
β’ Regularly monitor job expenditure, forecast cash flow and variation works status and confirmation by the client and consultants.
β’ Manage variations, claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
β’ Risk Managements on identification, analysis, and develop responses to commercial risks, report the contract issues to legal department when any disputes will be incurred.
β’ Cooperate with project manager / department manager to settle the final Accounts when the project completion.
