Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate / Senior) – Solar / Civils

We’re looking for a QS who’s been through it.
Not just “aware of risk” - but has a sixth sense for it… usually triggered by the phrase “it’s only a small change.”

You’ll recognise the classics:

The “temporary” road that outlives the project and half the team
IFC drawings that arrive just after you’ve pressed place order
Subcontractor scopes that read well… until you actually read them
A VE saving that somehow turns into a £50k lessonIf you’ve ever stared at a cost plan thinking “this looks fine… which means it definitely isn’t” - you’ll fit right in.
