As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be fully integrated into the Construction & Infrastructure team, validating installed quantities, invoices, and scopes across industrial projects. You will analyze budgets, contracts, and plans P&IDs, HVAC, piping, electrical systems)while liaising with stakeholders. Requires 2+ years of QS experience, mechanical expertise, Excel proficiency, and a proactive mindset to optimize resources and deliverables.
What Youβll Do
Measure self-performance tickets, daily and weekly reports, checking for accuracy/knowing the scope, tracking how many people are working, crews, quantities installed, checking documentation for proof
Validating invoices that they are getting from contractors
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
