Job Description
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Fire Protection)
Melton Mowbray Β
Β£40,000 to Β£50,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonus
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge?
Are you open to working in the passive fire protection industry?
TSR Recruitment are actively working with a Fire Protection contractor based in the Leicestershire area who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join the team.
Benefits
Basic salary circa Β£40,000 - Β£50,000 per annum
Car allowance circa Β£4k
20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown and bank holidays (31 in total) Β
8.30 am to 5 pm working hours (30min break)
Discretionary bonus up to 10% after 12 months employment
3% employee pension contributions
Job Role & Responsibilities:
A hybrid role covering both Estimating and Quantity Surveying
Estimating duties will cover:
Β Additional works on existing projects and new schem...
