We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in the landscape industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and project valuation for softscape and hardscape works.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates for landscape projects.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and variations.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with the budget.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure accurate material and quantity planning.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for invoicing.
• Provide support during tendering and procurement stages.
