To control and monitor all commercial aspects in the delivery of project from feasibility stage through to completion of the construction period. • Actively assist client engagement across the portfolio of projects
• Prepare cost options studies for a variety of infrastructure and public realm assets
• Contribute to and produce cost estimates from conceptual sketches, descriptive narrative and other drawings and specifications, able to make reasonable technical assumptions.
• Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring projects remain on budget as the primary project cost controller.
