Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor (QS) shall support the PMC Team Leader (Engineer / Employer’s Representative) and the Resident Engineer (RE) in all aspects of commercial management, contract administration, cost control, and payment certification under FIDIC Conditions of Contract (1999 Red and/or Yellow Books).

The QS will be responsible for ensuring accurate measurement of works, fair valuation of payments, assessment of variations and claims, and maintenance of robust financial control in accordance with the Contract, Employer’s Requirements, and IFI guidelines.
