Job Description

A large consulting company with offices across South Africa is looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

Minimum requirements:

•BSc Quantity Surveying

•BSc Quantity Surveying (Honours)

•Professionally Registered with the Council of South African Quantity Surveyors

•Experience in Government Contracts and knowledge of the PFMA, JBCC, NEC, FIDIC, GCC and COLTO Conditions of Contracts.

•Schools, Clinics, Hospitals, Renovation and Upgrade projects, Transport Taxi Ranks, Libraries, Shopping Centres, Office blocks and Housing developments.

•Projects between R50milj – R1Bilj.

•3+ years (Post registration not particularly necessary).
