We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects within a dynamic facilities management (FM) environment.

In this role, you’ll provide accurate cost control, support robust commercial governance, and ensure effective contract management across capital projects, lifecycle works, and reactive programmes. Working within NEC4 frameworks, you’ll safeguard financial accuracy, assess commercial risk, and contribute to best‑practice project delivery.
