Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with Development Manager experience across the full development lifecycle, ideally within the care home, healthcare or residential sectors. This role will support Excelcare's development programme, which includes the refurbishment and redevelopment of existing care homes, as well as the delivery of new-build facilities.

Reporting to the Land Director & Senior Development Manager and supported by a wider, well-established team, this is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who can combine development management of commercial projects, with strong quantity surveying and commercial expertise.
