Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor project costs and manage budgets to ensure cost control
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders based on project progress and changes
• Prepare and check Bills of Quantities (BQ) and perform quantity take-offs from drawings
• Review subcontractor and supplier payment claims for accuracy and contract compliance
• Support contractor and supplier selection where required
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, including cost, scope, and timelines
• Maintain project records such as contracts, budgets, variation orders, and reports
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
