We're working with a small, tight knit HFT firm that boasts a 10 sharpe for their core book with under 1% drawdowns.

The team is currently five people, founded by two traders that both used to sit in one of the most well respected HFT firms in the world. They are looking to add one new QR that will sit within the core team. They run systematic CeFi and DeFi strategies. The approach is intuitive and rule-based, and a perfect role for a quant researcher with a strong background in statistics looking to support a small collaborative team with the goal for them to grow to research and put their own strategies into production.

What they're looking for:

• 1–3 years experience in quantitative research in high frequency trading
• Exposure to strategy development, doesn't need to have built, but needs to have been in the room.
• Strong microstructure fundamentals: order books, funding rates, portfolio construction
