The Quality/Safety Program Manager is responsible for leading quality management and safety compliance across all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Contractor Work. This role ensures strict adherence to the Quality Management Plan (QMP), ISO : standards, and all OSHA, NFPA, and industry-specific safety regulations. This individual will oversee audits, inspections, risk assessments, and process improvements to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of safety. Additionally, % of this role will involve safety responsibilities, requiring a strong background in safety compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating quality and safety programs to maintain high operational and regulatory standards.
