Job Description
Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician for a contract opportunity in Santa Margarita, CA!
In this role, you will support day-shift mechanical inspection operations and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Through hands-on training, you will perform both manual and automated inspection processes, including microscope-based visual inspections and operation of precision inspection equipment. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and fine motor skills.
We are seeking a self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
The start time for this position is between 5:00am and 7:00am.
