In this role, you will inspect transformer components, ensure compliance with engineering drawings, and support problem resolution in the manufacturing process. You will collaborate with Engineering and other key stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Inspect transformer components (e.g., insulation, copper work, heavy metalwork, bushings, mechanical devices, and current transformers) to engineering drawing standards.
+ Ensure compliance with standard material specifications and work instructions.
+ Conduct problem-solving activities on the shop floor to support manufacturing processes.
