**Job Summary/Overview**:
Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Follow ALL safety procedures and attendance requirements.
- Perform butt weld testing for chain making production. Cut, Heat Treat, and break samples. Document all results in the appropriate location.
- Perform Tensile test on various products such as chain, master links, hooks, and
- Perform Hardness Testing on various products such as chain, master links, hooks, and assemblies utilizing Rockwell, Brinell, and Knoop testers.
- Analyze samples from repair stations utilizing the various techniques in the lab.
