Job Description

• Responsible for managing the data on the DCC Clinicaldashboard.
• Responsible to focus on the following dashboard reports:
• Hospital Report: To be checked daily. Any patients not entered, the clinic manager is contacted and asked to enter any missing information. After 7 days of hospitalisation the clinic must update on the patient’s status as well as updating the dashboard report.
• Modality Option Education Report: Any patients that have been listed for 6 months will be archived.
• Report will be cleaned up at the beginning of every month.
