Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team at RayaCX in 6th of October City, Egypt. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all customer interactions and processes within our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) department.
