Role Overview

The Quality Lead is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Otis Switzerland Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, Otis's standards, and OPXL requirements. The role plays a key part in driving quality excellence across the organization, supporting the field organization, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Objectives

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 and Otis global standards.
• Ensure Otis Switzerland achieves and sustains the expected performance level against OPXL standards.
• Support the field organization in the execution and completion of PUI (Product / Process Quality Improvement) activities.
• Contribute to increased customer satisfaction through structured quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
