Quality Segment Technician

Position Summary:

The Quality Segment Technician will provide market-specific quality support, with an emphasis on customer-facing support and problem-solving. This role will serve as the segment’s lead quality resource supporting sales, and the shop as it relates to order recovery (rework and deviations), customer-driven corrective actions, scheduled & reactive customer meetings, and coordinating internal resources for implementing process improvements to ensure segment quality expectations. The resource in this role must possess problem-solving and facilitation skills to challenge and strengthen processes, while demonstrating the collaboration skills required to bring resources together and provide sustainable processes.
