4.Regular execution ESD and Particle measurement 

 定期執行ESD與Particle 量測。
5.Measurement data submit to system.

將量測數據輸入到系統。
audit and OP compliance. 

 線上稽核與人員認證。

Requirements:

1.Understood how to use MAM system、

 了解操作MAM system、立體顯微鏡...等
