Overview

This role is focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality across all phases of construction within large-scale residential development projects, particularly low-rise villa-type developments. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes to make sure that all materials, workmanship, and construction activities meet regulatory, client, and project-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Producing, reviewing, and issuing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)
• Overseeing the approval process of all materials and products for the project
• Developing quality forms and checklists to facilitate the quality of all construction works, including concrete, civil, and pipeline construction
• Developing a system to ensure timely approval by the client of work stages on site to keep works on programme
• Producing quality documents and issuing them to the client
