**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The Quality Coordinator ensures all aspects of the quality and performance improvement programs are in place to improve clinical excellence.

**What you will do in this role:**

+ Perform timely and accurate data collection via concurrent and retrospective clinical medical record reviews.
+ Responsible for case review based on high volume/high risk and low volume problem prone procedures.
+ Report summaries of review results, feedback on potential quality issues. and trends to Market VPQ / CMO.
+ Coordinate data abstraction, data analysis, and trending for specific reviews and as requested including Professional Practice Evaluation activities.
