Job Description

You as the Quality Manager will:
  • Provide overall quality management from preconstruction to project completion; ensure project quality objectives and requirements are communicated and understood by all relevant team members including consultants and trade partners.

  • Oversee the development of project-specific quality plans for design and construction; ensure all quality plans address project requirements, are consistent with EllisDon’s quality program and best practices, and roles and responsibilities have been clearly defined.

  • Proactively identify project risks and opportunities. Help develop and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies including QA/QC measures and coordination with relevant technical resources/departments.
