Summary
Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lab Manager to oversee quality systems, lead lab operations, and ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

+ Manage the Quality Management System (QMS)

+ Approve procedures impacting product and material quality

+ Partner with Regulatory Affairs

+ Oversee MOC, OOS, Deviations, and CAPA programs

+ Ensure lab safety, compliance, and efficiency

+ Supervise a team of 6 lab professionals

+ Maintain SOPs and documentation

+ Lead customer audits and ensure timely responses

+ Drive process improvements and workflow efficiency

+ Collaborate with QC and Operations
