Position: Quality Manager - Manufacturer


Location: Industrial Estate in Prawet area, Bangkok


Type of hiring: Permanent


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement robust quality standards and inspection protocols across every stage of our production process, from initial casting to final checks.
  • Manage and mentor our Quality Control team, ensuring efficient inspection schedules and that every product meets both our rigorous internal benchmarks and customer expectations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain our end-to-end quality assurance framework, including documentation, training, audits, and corrective action procedures.
  • Take ownership of customer complaint resolution, investigating root causes, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring professional and timely communication.
