LEAR Valls manuf. plant is looking for a high‑skilled Quality Management Systems Specialist eager to join a global leader in automotive technology.

We are a large multinational company based at the Electronics Campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and improve the Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to corporate and industry standards (ISO/IATF).
• Ensure that documentation, procedures, and internal processes remain aligned with customer and certification requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, coordinating preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate the management of non‑conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Train and support the organization in QMS requirements, methodologies, and quality tools.
