Job Description
The Quality Systems & Documentation Officer plays a dual role in supporting Andolyโs quality assurance initiatives. This role is primarily responsible for writing, standardizing, and maintaining documentation related to production, quality control, and compliance processes. Once documentation is in place, the role will evolve to support implementation, track nonconformances, and assist in process improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work across departments to capture and communicate processes clearlyโwhile also having the initiative to monitor execution and support quality system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
A. Documentation & Standardization (Initial Focus)
- Create, edit, and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), QA forms, work instructions, and other controlled documents based on input from QA, production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
