The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role leads the Quality and Technical function at our Visy Board site in Wiri, Auckland. You’ll take ownership of site quality performance, ensuring products meet specification while driving continuous improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll embed quality as a core operational outcome and strengthen technical capability across the site. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who can balance compliance with operational performance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own site quality, meeting specification and DIFOT targets
• Reduce non‑conformance, rework and cost of poor quality
