The Lab Technician will identify, document, communicate and remediate any quality issues in accordance with industry standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and conduct chemical and physical tests on FBE corrosion coatings and Internal Flow Efficiency linings using tests and techniques such as titration, viscosity, pH conductivity, cathodic disbondment, differential scanning calorimetry, film thickness, adhesion, flexibility, porosity, fineness of grind, sag, pinhole determination and density.
• Responsible for administration of the quality control management system
