Night Shift (Mon-Thu): £16.68 per hour + 20% shift upliftWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Inspector to join a precision engineering team in Leamington Spa. Both Day Shift and Monday-Thursday Night Shift positions are available.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, small-batch transmission components primarily for the motorsport and aerospace sectors, with a strong emphasis on right first time quality.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances with confidence
Inspect components against drawings and planning route cards to the highest standards and within specified timeframes
