Job Description
Elevate healthcare quality at Arbour Creek Care Centre in Hamilton, ON as a Quality Improvement and Staff Development Coordinator. This on-site role emphasizes quality management, staff training, and regulatory compliance.
As a full-time Quality Improvement and Staff Development Coordinator, you will work directly under the Executive Director. This key role involves coordinating the Quality Program, leading orientation sessions for new employees, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with the Leadership Team on quality initiatives and implement effective staff training.
