Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Engineering Manager in the Sparta, TN area.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Leading the quality department and providing oversight to engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other support staff.
+ Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L.
+ Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
+ Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
+ Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
+ Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
+ Providing support to the company’s other regional sites when needed

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
