This role oversees customer quality processes, including change management, and drives continuous improvement roadmaps to enhance key quality KPIs. The position is responsible for effectively leading crisis resolution, solving quality issues, implementing proactive preventive measures, and ensuring sustained reduction of customer complaints and defects.
