Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Quality control of fabrication of semiconductor devices.
  • Root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action for troubles occurred in fabrication of semiconductor devices. Activity should be done according to 8D procedure. Cooperation with related engineers is needed.
  • Improvement activity of fabrication process
  • Execution of on-going reliability monitor (ORT): test, data analysis, and failure analysis.
  • Countermeasure for customer compliant. Viewpoint should be both from customer perspective and from LITE internal one.

    • Expected Background:

  • More than 5-year experience on development of semiconductor devices, yield improvement for them, or quality improvement for them.
  • Bachelor degree is needed. Master degree is preferable.
