**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Engineer (QE) for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to support proposal efforts, continuous improvement efforts and strategic initiatives.
**What You Will Be Doing**
Responsible for several aspects of Quality including:
• Understanding quality tasks across quality functions including hardware, software,
systems, suppliers / sub-contractors, and customers.
• Ability to learn proposals, Basis of Estimate (BOE) and contract review.
• Collaborate and partner with other functions including Program Manager, Proposal Manager, Contracts, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production and Customers.
• Support program proposals, strategic initiatives, and a variety of projects aimed at improving processes.
• Assist in establishing quality budgets and cost commitments.
