Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use statistical tools (SPC, DOE, etc.) to support the Continuous Improvement activities as well as the root cause investigation process.


• Be the non-biased person to help the team define issue ownership when issues arise in the shop floor or when reported by our customers.


• Take ownership of Quality KPI’s by closely following open actions and ensuring cross-functional team working meetings are taking place and are being effective to address the assigned product line top offenders.

What we look for - Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field


• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a quality engineering role – ideally in a manufacturing environment
