Job Title: Quality Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Job Description
This role oversees quality engineering activities on a high-volume manufacturing line, acting as the first line of defense for production issues and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. The Quality Engineer manages day-to-day quality concerns on second shift, supports final assembly operations, and ensures products consistently meet stringent quality standards while collaborating closely with production supervisors, technicians, and inspectors.
Responsibilities

+ Serve as the front-line liaison to production supervisors and staff, leading troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for quality issues affecting production.

+ Provide immediate problem-solving support on the line, including rapid response (within minutes) to line-down situations related to torque failures, paint issues, and other assembly defects.
