Quality Engineer

We are now recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join us on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in continuous improvement activities including non-conformances and Customer Complaints/Returns.
• Ensure a consistent/detailed approach using Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving Tools such as 8D or 5Whys.
• Improve quality in line with customer expectations and industry standards.
• Carry out inspection duties as and when necessary.
• Lead and coordinate root cause analysis of quality issues related to manufactured product, purchased parts, and customer complaints.
• Own the RMA process, ensuring that customer feedback and fulfillment is driven to the highest standards of service.
