This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.

The following job/task functions have been identified as the core functions of this position. However, the Quality Manager may assign additional duties associated with this position.

· Schedules and conducts meetings with customers, suppliers, and in-plant personnel.

· Serve as main contact for external customer concerns. Monitor, respond, initiate corrective actions, follow up, close and track customer complaints.

· Works with customers to obtain all necessary APQP documents including Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.

· Supports internal as well as third party ISO: 9001:2015 Quality Management System audits and ISO: 17025:2017 (A2LA).
