Quality Engineer
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times (typically 7am or 8am start, 4pm or 5pm finish)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

In a lot of manufacturing environments, quality ends up being reactive. Problems are picked up late, and the role becomes managing issues rather than preventing them.

This role is different. You’ll be involved in driving improvements, working closely with production, suppliers and customers, and taking ownership of quality issues from root cause through to resolution.

You’ll be based in a large-scale manufacturing facility in Rotherham, supplying into sectors including defence, rail and heavy engineering. The setup is well invested, the work is consistent, and the expectation is clear. Maintain standards, improve processes, and keep quality where it needs to be.
