Quality Engineer – Abingdon (OX14, Oxford)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000.

Role Overview

As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure that all quality standards are met within the business and for customers & suppliers, working within a well established medium sized business that manufactures parts for highly regulated industries (Medical, Aerospace, Defence).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all quality standards are met within the business and also for customers & suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in ISO 9001 accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality compliance within an engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Experience with audits and associated documentation.
• Engineering background with knowledge of CMM, ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience or qualification (Apprenticeship, HND, HNC, Degree) in engineering & manufacturing.
