Quality Controller

The Quality Controller should know the flexible packaging industry extensively and must be able to guide all production departmental staff efficiently and satisfactorily. They will be responsible for ensuring that the production team is producing good quality production and identifying any non-conformances.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Control of non-conforming product and the reporting thereof.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22 000 management systems (procedures and work instructions).
• Conduct testing and analyses (quality parameters) throughout the production stages.
• Good understanding of Laboratory Equipment and test methods.
• Have knowledge of the Quality and Food Safety Management System.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have good conflict resolution skills.
• Have a good knowledge of the Company’s Disciplinary Code.
