A market leader and well-established company situated in Paarl, Western Cape in the imported packaging industry is looking to fill a Quality Controller position.

Duties & Responsibilities include however not limited: Attend all quality control issues and travel to clients for Cape Town based branch and Paarl based plant. Investigating all customer complaints and writing reports to customers. Running trials on new products and testing all new packaging products. Sampling of all incoming goods and storing retention samples for every product and upkeep of retention samples storage. Ensuring that any outsourced tests are conducted, and results obtained. Visit clients to solve any quality-related complaints. Ordering consumables and staff PPE. Work on SAP to transfer stock for repacked/sorted stock.
