Quality Controller Position

A market leader and well-established company situated in Paarl, Western Cape in the imported packaging industry is looking to fill a Quality Controller position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities include however not limited:

• Attend all quality control issues and travel to clients for Cape Town based branch and Paarl based plant.
• Investigating all customer complaints and writing reports to customers.
• Running trials on new products and testing all new packaging products.
• Sampling of all incoming goods and storing retention samples for every product and upkeep of retention samples storage.
• Ensuring that any outsourced tests are conducted, and results obtained.
• Visit clients to solve any quality-related complaints.
• Ordering consumables and staff PPE.
• Work on SAP to transfer stock for repacked/sorted stock.
