Duties & Responsibilities Assist in development and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System Assisting in and performing Food Safety internal audits (HACCP & GMP) Filling and documentation, record control. Manage pest control Prepare documentation for Export Arrange product sampling Manage personal hygiene program Manage maintenance and cleaning schedule Conduct daily pre-ops checklist Verification of records Create COC Monitoring of cold chains Manage NCR and customer complaints Ensure compliance with the SOPs for handling product Ensure product moves through warehouse in an efficient manner Investigate any quality and food safety issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolved Ensure blast freezing process is controlled and managed E...
