QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR 

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management

+ Supervise, lead, schedule, and train quality control inspectors.

+ Mentor and coach QC staff on inspection methods, testing procedures, safety requirements, and documentation practices.

+ Ensure team adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Quality Control & Compliance

+ Inspect and test raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and customer requirements.

+ Perform routine “floor checks” to confirm procedures are followed and measuring equipment is properly calibrated.
