Role Summary

We are hiring ahighly meticulous, data-driven, and results-obsessed QC Manager to lead all aspects of quality assurance in our nanofiber membrane and film production. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes precisionideally with a top academic background and extensive QC leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enforce all QA/QC processes across incoming, in-process, and final inspection
• Lead a large QC team (40+ inspectors) to uphold the company's quality standards
• Define quality control plans, SOPs, inspection guidelines, and control charts
• Oversee root cause analysis and CAPA processes for non-conformities
• Interface with clients on quality audits and documentation
