About the role
This is not a desk-based management role — we need someone who enjoys being out on the factory floor, working alongside production teams, and driving quality improvements that make a real difference.
You will take ownership of the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring systems and processes are practical, effective, and consistently applied across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing or engineering background, potentially with a trade qualification, and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
